It's just better to buy Minecraft and add texture packs and mod it. Summary: This Minecraft clone may look good at first, but has terrible settings options and lag. Don't buy this game on PC unless there is a big sale. Multiplayer is impossible to play without a server, (not a terrible thing) which isn't as easy to set up as a game on XBL. It even expects you to have a controller to play. The game is always laggy and lacks basic options in the settings. Don't buy this game on PC unless there I originally bought this game on XBL, and for a dollar, it was worth it.
I originally bought this game on XBL, and for a dollar, it was worth it. If you want an FPS/build game, there is one that is 10000X better on steam and it is cheaper and has a huge community fan/modding base.don't support people like this, it is like supporting the makers of ET for atari.

That lego set has the ability to be anything you can imagine it to be.however, this game has glued that set together into something that takes away from the free spirit of what minecraft is and solidifies it into some horrid FPS game. This game is basically if minecraft were a lego set. If you want this game or something like it, go buy minecraft but you probably already have it as (who doesn't own minecraft now a days) and download some free mods, BAM, you have this game. Lets face it, minecraft is a simple game and is easily replicated with high school level coding. This game is basically This game uses the fame of minecraft and exploits it's fame into making a profit. It has to be optimized for the PC in some regards before money goes out of my pocket - I've been burned by way too many ports in my day. This game uses the fame of minecraft and exploits it's fame into making a profit. If it's even remotely approaching a terrible "port" from a console to the PC I won't touch it for any price including free. $2 - I would buy it without reading the reviews just based off whatever is included in the store page. $5 - I would buy it but only if the reviews were semi-good $10 - Seems like a fair price for the product presented - I would buy it if the reviews are good most likely.
$15 - If the graphics were slightly upgraded (slightly!!!) for the PC version and all of the ported controls from xbox were removed I would strongly consider paying this price. $20 - If I was really drunk one night I might accidentally buy it for this price. $25 - It better be the best damn z block game out there for this price. $30 - If it approached minecraft quality I might consider it. $40 - There's not even a remote possibility. $50 - There's not even a remote possibility. Ideal price point that isn't $1 is likely $3.Īs it stands currently at the $10 price point I'd imagine anyone who's interested at all in this product and has any knowledge of it's origin will almost certainly wait for a sizable discount. That considered I'd say $5 is the absolute most this game should ask for, and even then it'd need a pretty heft discount to really build a userbase in the first week. I'm assuming, however, that Steam likely doesn't want many people selling games at the $1 price point so if the issue with that is with Steam then that's understandable. I understand that asking $1 for a PC game is a bit insane but I'd say the amount of purchases you'd get would make up for the low asking price. While $1 is admittedly low I feel there's a market that goes untapped on steam (although I may not understand how Steam dictates what is an acceptable price to ask) and $10 is indicitive of the current trend of ignoring previous pricepoints.Ī game that's as old as this is, that's mostly just a port, shouldn't be asking for $10x the price it was new on it's platform of origin.
